Libre Infancia is a non-profit association for social development founded in 1995. We specialise in giving long-term care to children and young people in extreme poverty. With love we serve the families who work in and around the municipal garbage dump in the capital of Guatemala looking for scraps to eat or sell from there, for whom the struggle for survival has become part of daily life.

Libre Infancia offers hope and support to children, providing opportunities to poor families in the dump to improve their lives through a variety of programs, such as: Education, Childcare, an Early Learning Program, Food, Clothing, Health, Housing, Economic Development, Integrated Family Support and a Volunteer Program.
