Without a doubt, “El Mundo de los niños” is the most ambitious project of Libre Infancia. Here the children, helped by Libre Infancia, will receive the support they need to develop themselves in preparation for integrating themselves into society. Libre Infancia daily witnesses the positive transformations in its children’s lives. Thus, it is Libre Infancia’s great hope to build a new a facility in which it can expand its outreach to 500 children in land of approximately 40 000 metres squared. “El Mundo de los niños” will be a place of refuge where all the children may feel loved and know that they are valued.

The children that attend Libre Infancia live and are surrounded by violence, abuse, scarcity and bad habits which keep them from reaching their full potential. The problems of the previous generation have been handed down by their parents and, if nothing is done, the children of today will become the same parents, starting the cycle again.
